AI-assisted software solutions at a fixed price
Affordable. Fast. Tested.
Describe your problem, we quote a fixed price. No timesheets, no surprises – you receive tested code that you can keep running yourself.
Why embeddified
Fixed price instead of hourly rates
After a free initial call you get a binding fixed-price offer with a clearly defined scope. The budget risk stays with us, not with you.
Affordable thanks to AI support
We build with AI-assisted tooling. That removes routine work and lowers the price – architecture, review and accountability stay with people.
Delivered quickly
Small, well-defined packages instead of month-long projects. You see something running early and can adjust course at any time.
Tested on handover
Unit tests, CI/CD scripts and documentation are part of the delivery. The full source code becomes your property.
Services
More than ten years of experience in embedded and industrial software – combined with modern AI tooling.
AI integration
Language models, document analysis and automation, cleanly embedded into your existing systems – fully on-premise if you prefer.
Embedded Linux
Yocto, drivers, board bring-up and update mechanisms. Scalable open-source solutions without licensing traps.
Industry 4.0 & IIoT
Connect machines, collect data, make states visible – through the OPC UA server of an S7-1200 or S7-1500, over MQTT, and with a gateway alongside when the controller is older.
GUI & web development
User interfaces for device, desktop and browser. Cross-platform, easy to use and maintainable.
Updates & product security
Signed over-the-air updates with a fallback, reproducible images and a software bill of materials that says what is inside the device. That makes it possible to update a device in the field without sending somebody out.
What a fixed-price package looks like
Typical packages with example prices. What they mainly show is how we draw the boundaries of a scope – your fixed price comes from the offer after the initial call.
Machine data connection
- Situation
- “I don’t know why the machine stopped – the faults are written on a sheet of paper.”
- Deliverables
- One machine is read out: on an S7-1200 or S7-1500 through its OPC UA server, on older controllers through a gateway alongside. Part counts, runtimes and faults land in a time-series database and in an evaluation that runs in the browser. Whatever has to be enabled and downloaded in the controller is named in the offer, along with the standstill it needs – not in the small print. Further machines afterwards at a unit price.
- Technology
- Siemens S7-1200/1500, TIA Portal, OPC UA, MQTT, Linux, time-series database
- Duration
- 3 to 4 weeks
- Example price
- from €3,500
Virtual commissioning
- Situation
- “We only get to test the control program once the machine is already standing – and then every mistake costs a day.”
- Deliverables
- We build a model of your cell – axes, sensors, limit switches – and hang your controller on it. The program runs against the model, including the faults nobody likes to provoke on the real machine. This carries for sequence logic and interlocks; for cycle-time evidence and axis control a coupling over OPC UA is too slow, and we say so beforehand. Delivered: the model, tested logic and the interface.
- Technology
- Siemens S7-1500, TIA Portal, OPC UA, IEC 61131-3 (ladder and ST), 3D model in the browser
- Duration
- 4 to 6 weeks
- Example price
- from €9,000
AI on your own premises
- Situation
- “Our quotes and test reports sit in ten thousand PDFs – and the data must not leave the building.”
- Deliverables
- A language model runs on your hardware and answers questions about your own documents – pointing at the passage it came from, so every answer stays verifiable. No cloud service, no data leaving your network.
- Technology
- Linux, local language model, vector search, web interface
- Duration
- 4 to 6 weeks
- Example price
- from €7,000
An update chain for devices
- Situation
- “Every firmware update means sending out a technician – and when one goes wrong, the device stands still at the customer.”
- Deliverables
- A device gets an update chain that is allowed to fail: signed images, two partitions, a health check after the reboot and an automatic fallback to the previous version. Plus a software bill of materials that says what is inside the device.
- Technology
- Yocto, RAUC, signed OTA updates, SBOM (CycloneDX)
- Duration
- 4 to 6 weeks
- Example price
- from €8,000
In Austria, digitalisation projects with a project volume between €2,000 and €30,000 can be funded through KMU.DIGITAL – 30 % of the cost, up to €6,000. Whether your project qualifies is for the funding body to decide; the conditions are published at kmudigital.at.
The prices named are examples for the scope described and not an offer. Every package includes the complete source code, unit tests and documentation; the rights to the code pass to you.
